With this goal, during an individual appointment with a counselor, you will work to understand and start healing the issues that may be bothering you. They will give you their full focus and together you will work on addressing those things that are bothering you.
We have found that all areas of your life (physical, emotional, social, vocational, spiritual and intellectual) are interrelated and a change in one area has an impact on other areas. Working through your issues with a therapist will help you identify the connections and explore changes leading to a greater sense of peace.
